I’ve had a lot of calls today from clients, friends that use cogeco as their internet provider to send emails out; of the following error:

he following message to <EMAIL@fpm3.com> was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:

5.1.0 – Unknown address error 553-’Your IP (216.232.12.13) is on one or more DNS blacklists. (#5.1.1)’

I’ve confirmed that it’s a Cogeco issue and they are looking into it.  You can still send out emails if you use a hotmail or gmail account.
