I’m putting us all in the same category for this, as I’m a Apple geek for sure.  I was looking for a while online trying to confirm the model number of my Macbook Pro.  We have several in the office and over time you forget what the heck model number it is.   I FINALLY found a cool website that allows you to enter your LONG NUMBER and LETTERS of your serial number (located under the battery) that will INSTANTLY tell you the model number of your Macbook Pro.
